Week #2 of Self-Empowerment Tips

Welcome to This week’s Self-Empowerment Tips

Have you ever met somebody that just seems to be naturally friendly and when they are in a room full of people they just seem to make friends instantly?  Some people just seem to be socially empowered.  These are the people who achieve the most because of the people they meet that help them achieve success quickly.

By learning social skills and how to use them to your advantage, you can reach self-empowerment.   Self-empowerment is a complete change of your life that will make you a happier and more successful person.   Even if you are not a people person at this time it is possible to become one.   We will be discussing how to achieve this self-empowerment during these tips.

Here are some tips to help you become more self-empowered. Always be genuine with people. If you can show a genuine interest in other people they will instantly be attracted
to you as a person and possible friend.  If people perceive you as someone with selfish intentions they will immediately be turned off and not want anything to do with you. Always listen to other people.  Have you ever notice when you talk to some people when you are finished they start
talking about something totally different.  You immediately know they were not paying attention to you and your interest in them immediately diminishes.  By listening to people and responding to what they say, you build up their confidence in you as a person they would like to get to know.

Take time to do kind things for people. If you see someone in need, give them a hand. Do not wait for someone to ask for help just jump in and do it. No matter how small an act of kindness is, there is always somebody that appreciates it.

Work on your personality.  Do a check on yourself. Are you grouchy with people? Are you a complainer? If you find you have bad traits that make people not want to be around you, work on improving them and being a more likable person.

When you see other people, introduce yourself and smile at them. Let your confidence shine through. It is important to be friendly to people and confident and they will be friendly in turn. Show your confidence without being arrogant and people will respond in a friendly manner.

Over the next week, follow these simple steps and see if you can tell the difference in the way people respond to you. You will be amazed at how much better you are treated in return when you treat people with respect by listening to them and showing a genuine interest in them.

You gain strength, experience and confidence by every
experience where you really stop to look fear in the face.
